- The offer includes a complimentary Supagard paint protection treatment (valued at £299) and a free dashcam, including professional fitting (valued at £249), with each qualifying purchase.
2. Eligibility
- This offer is only available for retail customers purchasing vehicles. It does not apply to fleet or business customers.
- The offer applies exclusively to vehicles purchased and fully paid for within the offer period. Reservations or deposits made before the start date or after the end date are not eligible.
3. Supagard Paint Protection
- Supagard paint protection will be applied to the purchased vehicle before collection, subject to appointment availability.
- The treatment is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
4. Dashcam and Fitting
- The included dashcam will be professionally installed in the purchased vehicle prior to delivery or collection, as arranged with the customer.
- The dashcam model provided is subject to availability and may vary. The dashcam is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Once installed, the dashcam will be the customer’s property and falls under standard warranty conditions for that specific product.
5. Transfer and Substitution of Offer
- This offer cannot be transferred to another vehicle or substituted for any other products or services.
- In the unlikely event that the Supagard paint protection or dashcam becomes unavailable, Dicksons of Inverness reserves the right to offer a substitute of similar value.
6. Liability
- Dicksons of Inverness is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the misuse of the dashcam after installation.
- Supagard paint protection and dashcam warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturers. Any claims relating to product performance must be directed to the respective manufacturers.
7. Consumer Rights
- This offer does not affect your statutory rights under Scottish consumer law. Your rights to return or seek repair or replacement of a vehicle, as defined by law, remain unaffected by this promotion.
8. Amendments and Cancellation
