We are are looking to appoint a Full Time Workshop Controller/Assistant Service Manager, reporting to The Service Manager & Group Aftersales Director on a day-to-day basis. This role will see the successful candidate organise and manage the daily workshop load to meet customer needs and expectations.

DUTIES

– Management of workshop employees
– Distribution of jobs to Technicians, utilising their skills
– Consistent communication with Service Advisors and the Sales Team
– Handing any Technician issues
– Meeting expected targets
