Beat the Boss Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Eligibility
   This promotion is available to all retail customers who purchase a new or used vehicle from Dicksons of Inverness between 14th April and 30th April 2025, inclusive.
2. Qualifying Criteria
   To qualify for the offer, the vehicle sale must be a new deal agreed and finalised during the promotional period. Vehicles ordered or reserved prior to 14th April 2025 and after 30th April 2025 do not qualify.
3. Offer Options
   Customers may choose one of the following:
      o £750 additional part exchange value on their current vehicle, subject to a full appraisal and acceptance by Dicksons.
      o £750 worth of added value in the form of: Free SupaGard Paint Protection, and 2 Years' Free Servicing (as per manufacturer schedule or equivalent service plan).
4. Part Exchange Terms
   The part exchange vehicle must be owned by the customer and be in a roadworthy condition with a valid MOT (where applicable). Final valuation is at the discretion of Dicksons of Inverness and may be adjusted based on vehicle condition and market value.
5. Can Be Used Alongside Manufacturer Offers
   This promotion can be used in conjunction with manufacturer deposit contributions and other manufacturer-backed offers, unless specifically excluded by the terms of those offers.
6. Non-Transferable
   This offer is non-transferable and is limited to one redemption per vehicle purchase.
7. No Cash Alternative
   There is no cash alternative for either element of the offer.
8. Availability
   Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
9. Dealer’s Decision is Final
   Dicksons reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer if the terms are not met. The dealer's decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion.
